We all remember that we have successfully held the Beijing Olympic Games on August 8th, the approval of the State Council,August 8th of every year has become the "National Fitness Day" from the year order to develop the spirit of "Do sports and be happy everyday",our country set up this festival and hope that people can take an active part in physical exercise.
The meaning of setting up this festival is very profound and transmit the spirit of nationwide fitness des,the festival initiates national people keep a good physical training habit and go after healthy and civilized life style.
It is not only the first sports festival in our country but also the festival only belong to them and I will bring it to a great height of development.I will insist on taking regular exercise and suggest other people to take part in the activity.
